Your balance
Your Play balance is the sum of exact payout credit and the current redeemable value of your free pool shares. An external deposit mints shares. It does not create a fixed 1:1 account balance.
Available and locked funds
Available Play balance can fund a trade or a withdrawal. A trade spends exact credit first, then locks enough shares for the remainder. Locked shares cannot fund another trade or withdrawal.
When the round settles, the trade's shares are burned. A win, push, or forced close creates exact credit. A loss creates no credit.

A winning payout includes the returned stake.
Why your balance can move
Your exact credit changes only through your own trades, results, and withdrawals. Your share value also changes when pool trades settle because depositors share pool profit and loss. Pending risk limits the conservative value available through a forced exit.
